Transcension, also referred to as humanic transcension, or transcendation, is a serial action, or process that can be initially conducted individually, but is ultimately dependent upon its collective enactment. In Astronism, transcension is the repairing of humanity from the scars of the Controversion and the fulfilment of the potential of humankind.
Transcension and ascension
While ascension is an act physical and directed upwards, transcension is physical, spiritual, and intellectual in a multitude of directions either upwards (towards the stars), inwards (towards oneself), or outwards (towards others).
