Religious Astronism is one of the five primary forms of Astronism and also makes up one half of the nature of Astronism, the other being Philosophical Astronism. It comprises of all the traditions, beliefs, practices, organisations, and standards within Astronism just as a normal religion would consist of.

Religious and Philosophical Astronism are considered to work mutually and equally with one another to form the overall nature and identity of Astronism as a synthesis of religion and philosophy. The religious element provides the traditions, the forms of practice and beliefs, as well as the cultural and Institutional aspects. Meanwhile, the philosophical element asserts the importance of motionalism, introduces the Philosophical Spirit, conducts investigations into the nature of Astronist beliefs and practices, as well as comprising of Astronist philosophy and all its derivations.
