The Philosopher's Cosmos, or The Cosmos of the Philosophers, is a type of cosmos and a principal concept within cosmic alchemy involving a person studying The Cosmos and how they are encouraged to perceive it through intellectual and rational application. 

Entire philosopher

one of two perceptions of The Cosmos in the Philosopher’s Cosmos of cosmic alchemy considered as the perception of The Cosmos as an animate, functioning set of composite parts which are brought together to form the whole. 

Composite philosopher

one of two perceptions of The Cosmos in the Philosopher’s Cosmos of cosmic alchemy involving the separation of each of the composite parts of The Cosmos from each other and the whole.
