Liberal Astronism is a form of Astronism characterised by the belief that the truly intended interpretation of Astronism is one of a philosophical nature rather than a religious one which is considered to inevitably coincide with a liberal outlook on the organised philosophy. By those adhering to more orthodox forms of Astronism, The Institution of The Philosophy of Millettism is considered to be adherent to a liberal form of the philosophy, although The Institution itself denies this, and instead develops Institutional Astronism as a distinct form.
