Jane Catterall (née Hardacre; also spelt as Hardiker or Hardeker; December 6, 1858 – December 1937) was the 4th great-aunt of Cometan, classified as one of Cometan’s distant paternal ancestors in the Hardacre family line. As one of the few recognised aunts in Cometanic ancestry, Jane was the daughter of John Hardacre and Agnes Parkinson, the 4th great-grandparents of Cometan. Recorded as having died in Chorley, Jane reached the age of seventy-eight. Jane married her husband John Catterall in July 1880 in Chorley.
In Cometanic ancestry, Jane is categorised as part of the 5th generation retrograde, classifying her as a distant ancestor of Cometan.
