Disseminology is the branch of the Astronist philosophy of religion dealing with the study of the spread of religions, usually in a historical context over the course of centuries rather than in a contemporary context. Related though distinct branches of study include tiritology, missiology, and promulgative theory.

The origins of the term itself are post-omnidoxical and Cometanic, specifically during the The Year of Completion as part of The Founding of Astronism era.

Disseminological study incorporates the following subjects:

  • history
  • anthropology
  • sociology
  • politics
  • economics
