In scopology, the degrees of imminence is a spectrum of beliefs about when humanity's scope window for transcension is considered to occur. There exists a range of opinions on this matter that hold significance for the broader eschatology and soteriology of Astronism.
Two spectrums on the scope window
Degrees of imminence
- Analepticism – humanity has already overcome the choice at Twilightide by choosing Vesperism.
- Terarchianism – humanity is dangerously close to the scope window closing.
- Astronist orthodoxy – the placement of man must first occur before the choice at Twilightide can be made.
- Prolepticism – humanity has already chosen Evenfall.
