Cheung Cho Chuen (Chinese: 张祖泉), known mononymously by his English name Stephen, and known within East Asian Astronism as Dì sān gè zhuīsuí zhě meaning "the third follower", is a Hong Kongese student who befriended Cometan during his trip to Hong Kong in August 2019.

As a subsequence of the continuation of their friendship, Stephen is classified as a minor figure during The Founding of Astronism. Due to this, Stephen was not provided with his own religious mononym as only figures of prominence, founding figures, and coportant figures are provided religious mononyms.
