an ancient Astronic specimen dated to c.1700 BCE found in Bohuslän, Sweden; a rock-engraving depicting the Big Dipper asterism with men, dear, dogs, and other animals beside vessels featuring small dots or tallies, interpreted by Astronist theory as the expression of belief in transtellation.

Origin and etymology

  • Astro-English: from Astronese, the title Bohuslän Stellar Depiction, was first coined by Cometan as part of his initial scholarship on the Astronic tradition during his Master’s Dissertation.
