Astrosis

the central Astronist belief holding that a transformative physical, spiritual and intellectual union with The Cosmos is achievable during one’s lifetime. Contrasted with cosmosis (union with The Cosmos upon death).

  • Astro-English: from Astronese, the prefix astro-, denoting the astronomical world, combined with the suffix -sis denoting a state of being, especially as a transformative process; meaning ‘uniting oneself to the astronomical world.’
