Astronistics is a dispositional discipline of Astronism studying the contributions made to Astronism over the course of its history by particular Astronists. The nature, origins, and influence of such contributions are studied as well as the extent to which such contributions have been accepted into Institutional Astronism and as a result, these arrangement and designation of such contributions also remains important to the study of Astronistics.

Astronistics is organised into subdisciplines by the names of contributing figures. As a result, the first subdiscipline of Astronistics is referred to as Cometanic Astronistics.

Cometanic Astronistics[]

Cometanic Astronistics was the first subdiscipline of Astronistics focusing on the contributions made by Cometan to the entire of Astronism and Astronist philosophy. Of particular interest is the relationship and extent to which Cometanic ideas and beliefs were incorporated into Institutional Astronism
