Astronist panentheism is the version of panentheism developed and propagated in Astronism. It holds that God (often referred to under the appellation The Divine) possesses an interpenetrative ability that allows it to lower its nature (a process called circumscription) to interact in the finite cosmic realm despite retaining its infinite nature. God penetrates The Cosmos and intervenes in human affairs through its dispensation of scope which constitutes the source of Astronist revelation.
Panentheism of this kind affirms God's metaphysical presence as both intervening in The Cosmos whilst simultaneously existing beyond it.
