In the field of philosophical demography, Astronism in the Middle East, or Middle Eastern Astronism refers to the presence of Astronism involving its diversity, potency, and the nature of its organisation across the countries in the transcontinental region of the Middle East.

The presence of Astronism in the Middle East region is not synonymous with Astronism in the Arab world, although a large portion of the latter is resembled in the former and the two studies do nevertheless hold close relations.

In alphabetical order, the countries involved in this particular study include Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
