Astronism in Anguilla refers to the presence of the Astronist philosophy and religion in the British Overseas Territory of Anguilla. The operations of the Astronist Institution in this country are under jurisdiction of the Astronist Superiate of Anguilla which is itself under the jurisdiction of the Astronist Superiate of the United Kingdom, a national subsidiary of the worldwide Astronist Institution.
The Astronist Superiate of Anguilla oversees the construction and maintenance of observatories and planetariums throughout its jurisdiction. Anguilla is split into fourteen districts and is set to hold one Grand Observatory in the capital city of The Valley, which will also be the only observatory in the Overseas Territory.

As of December 2020, Astronism is not recognised as a valid religion or religious group in Anguilla. According to the Astronist Institution's late 2020 report called the Demographics of Astronism, Anguilla had a population of 178 Astronists, up significantly from the 50 Astronists recorded in Anguilla in 2019.
