Astronism in American Samoa refers to the presence of the Astronist philosophy and religion in the Territory of American Samoa. The operations of the Astronist Institution in this country are under jurisdiction of the Astronist Superiate of American Samoa, which is itself under the jurisdiction of the Astronist Superiate of the United States, a national subsidiary of the worldwide Astronist Institution.
The Astronist Superiate of American Samoa oversees the construction and maintenance of observatories and planetariums throughout its jurisdiction. American Samoa is split into three districts and holds one Grand Observatory in the capital of Pago Pago.

As of December 2020, Astronism is not recognised as a valid religion or religious group in American Samoa. According to the Astronist Institution's late 2020 report called the Demographics of Astronism, American Samoa had a population of 267 Astronists, significantly up from the 50 Astronists recorded in 2019.
