Astronism in Abkhazia refers to the presence of the Astronist philosophy and religion in the Republic of Abkhazia. The operations of the Astronist Institution in this country are under jurisdiction of the Astronist Superiate of Abkhazia, a national subsidiary of the worldwide Astronist Institution.
The Astronist Superiate of Abkhazia oversees the construction and maintenance of observatories and planetariums throughout its jurisdiction. Abkhazia is split into seven districts and is set to hold one Grand Observatory in the city of Sokhumi, which will also be the only observatory in the country.

History of Astronism
As of December 2020, Astronism is not recognised as a valid religion or religious group in Abkhazia. According to the Astronist Institution's late 2020 report called the Demographics of Astronism, Abkhazia had a population of 190 Astronists, up from 100 Astronists living in this territory in 2019.
