Astronisation (əsˈtrɒnʌɪˈzeɪʃ(ə)n; also spelt as Astronization), Astronification, or Astronicisation, is a process of cultural assimilation in which a person or group orient their religious beliefs and values to approximate Astronism.
This either involves the conversion of individuals or groups to Astronism, or the process by which something physical or conceptual approximates Astronism or otherwise becomes more Astronic in its character.
Due to the fact that Astronism was originally referred to as Millettism, the term Astronisation was also initially Millettisation or Millettarianisation, with the latter denoting a political context.
