Alice Moon (née Porter; July 22, 1606 – January 26, 1660) was the 10th great-grandmother of Cometan, classified as one of Cometan’s distant maternal ancestors in the Prescott family line. Born in Treales, Kirkham, Alice was the daughter of Thomas John Porter and Jenet Raby as well as the wife of Robert Moon (1617 – 1691), whom she married in 13th December 1637. She is recorded as having passed away at the age of fifty-three in Woodplumpton and to have given birth to at least one son named Henry Moon (1639 – 1705).

In Cometanic ancestry, Alice is classified as part of the 12th generation retrograde, thus categorising her as a distant ancestor of Cometan.
